The Lionesa Business Hub is devoted to building a corporate environment prone to creativity and team spirit, breaking down the stereotypes associated with the word office and associating work with happiness.
On 20 March 2024, the Hub’s central corridor was filled with smiles and fun dynamics in celebration of International Happiness Day.
Always seeking to broaden its artistic repertoire and elevate local culture, Lionesa BH invited the caricaturist ARTB to register the more humorous side of its community, thereby reminding us of the impact of a smile and of knowing how to laugh at oneself as well.
There was also room for nostalgia regarding some of the happiest moments in anyone's life: childhood. Lionesa BH transported the community back to its childhood days by organising the dynamic "Happy Chair Challenge" inspired by the traditional musical chairs game, strengthening the youth spirit and triggering genuine laughter. Lionesa BH is proud to form connections with companies aligned with its mission and through collaboration with Hussel, which stands out for the excellence of its products and provides daily moments of happiness, baskets of tasty candy were awarded to the winners of this dynamic. Who didn't savour goodie bags filled with gums as a child?
Recognising the role of sweets in the production of serotonin (the hormone of happiness) and believing in the impact it has on well-being, handmade ice creams were offered to the entire Lionesa community. Lionesa BH welcomed Neveiros, guaranteeing the quality and delicious flavour of the products, as well as sustainability, opting for a national brand with 100% natural products.

The day was also marked by the launch of the "Share your smile! Share happiness!" campaign together with Happiness Camp and in collaboration with CP - Comboios de Portugal, which aims to raise awareness of the high risks associated with mental health. Lionesa BH is using its voice in the business environment to support this cause, which it believes is a priority. Therefore, for every share of the video, publicised on the Lionesa Business Hub's Instagram and LinkedIn, the Hub will be donating €0.50 to Terra dos Sonhos association until it reaches its target of €5,000. The association was present at the Hub to celebrate this day together, making it unforgettable.
