On 9 December 2021, the installation of an AED - Automated External Defibrillation, a fundamental instrument for life saving in cases of cardiac arrest, was successfully carried out at Lionesa Business Hub.
Prior to the installation of the AED, Lionesa Business Hub promoted training through a course of basic life support, the course SBV-DAE, to members of the company and employees of companies and services present at the Business Hub. This course aims to train its participants to be able to perform high quality resuscitation manoeuvres on victims of cardiac arrest and to enable them to use an automatic external defibrillator.
The automatic external defibrillator is at the entrance of Marmita Point.
With this measure, Lionesa Business Hub hopes to improve health and safety at work taking into account the recommendations of the European Resuscitation Council, ERC.
