The balance of 2021 is positive for Lionesa Business Hub, in Matosinhos. Five new companies have entered, creating 800 new jobs, which have joined the community of 7,000 employees of more than 40 nationalities.
Lionesa Business Hub today boasts a 100% occupancy rate for a total of 56,000 square meters. In the year 2021, 14,000 square meters were placed for companies of the total amount presented, of which stands out the construction of two new buildings, one of them representing the expansion of Vestas to double the area. The other building will be occupied by a multinational, yet to be announced. Another important factor in this positive balance was the renewal of Farfetch's contract until 2025.
At the same time, Lionesa BH has created more internal initiatives, events, and activities to promote the mental and social well-being of all community members, and this reinforcement will continue into 2022.
